The Mobility AirWatch Support Analyst and Systems Administrator is responsible for the effective & efficient installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of server systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. In addition, this covers the adoption of client OE related processes and procedures guarantying the implementation of system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures that adheres with the client's technology direction and policies. Responsible for Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure strategy, planning, design and support for the enterprise. Responsible for management of overall planning and operations of MDM, including integration into the client's processes and compliance activities. Areas of focus also include infrastructure and application support and monitoring, maintenance, incident management, change management, problem management and capacity management as well as providing guidance on improving and automating the current existing processes. Additional responsibilities include tasks such as identifying automation opportunities, upgrading vendor releases to the MDM infrastructure, handling L3 support requests and consultation, providing technical expertise, maintaining knowledge base of resolutions, and escalating issues to 3rd party vendor. Will also assist in planning efforts, business analyst tasks, process improvements, testing, and facilitating collaboration meetings with partners and L1-2.5 support personnel.

Technology Family: Windows, Exchange , OCS, Windows Infra (AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, File & Print, IIS, FTP), SharePoint 2010 & 2016, F5, VMware, etc.

Job Responbsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
  • Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
  • Direct, review and approve product designs and changes
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications

Role Requirements:

  • System Administrator with +5 years of experience
  • Engineers of SA-related solutions for various minor projects and operational needs
  • Contributes to and maintain system standards
  • Researches and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for sys admin tasks
  • Provides Level 3 support per request from end users
  • Investigates and troubleshoots complex issues
  • Repairs/recovers from hardware and software failures
  • Coordinate and communicate with impacted end users
  • Performs periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
  • Performs ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
  • Configures CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required
  • Prepares reports and presentations as requested or necessary within IT & minor customers
  • Microsoft Certifications or cyber security is a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with Device Management technologies
  • Technical contributor expertise and support planning for Infrastructure and Applications required
  • Experience working with both domestic and international business locations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or MIS

Mobility Expertise Requirements:

  • Practical experience in the deployment and operations of mobile solutions in a large, global Enterprise
  • Ability to contribute and apply best practices and alternatives to the client's Mobile environment
  • Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders including internal customers and external vendors
  • Able to understand and assess the dependencies related to supporting complex systems

Must have at least one of the following technical skills:

-Net, Rest API Preferred

-SQL database knowledge and experience with tables, views, indexes, and reports - IT server knowledge: navigation, security, and scripting

-Planning skills: ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities

-Knowledge or familiarity of:

•Active Directory

•F5

•Web Development

•Cloud integration

•PKI
