Job Responbsibilities:

  • Facilitate meeting and create monthly PMO project status report (includes accomplishments, issues, compliance, and financials) – This is reported to the IT Leadership Team
  • Create monthly 2018 IT portfolio financial report (includes actuals, accruals, and forecast) – This is reported to the IT Leadership Team
  • Track return and request of IT portfolio funds
  • Create monthly compliance report (includes information risk management, it governance) - This is reported to the IT Leadership Team
  • Develop IT resource project plans for IT proposals (class 0 budget)
  • Track new proposals which may become approved IT projects – Work with IT Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team
  • Track and seek approval for IT project resources from various IT groups - Work with IT Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team
  • Create IT Governance Board presentation – This is reported to the IT Governance Board consisting of Business Leadership Team
  • Onboard IT PMs regarding PMO processes

Role Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ of experience as a Senior Portfolio Analyst
  • 5+ years’ of experience with MS Project Portfolio Management (cloud version)
  • Fluent in MS Office-including, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Experienced in working with IT Leadership

Forensic/Insider Risk Manager

The Forensics and Insider Risk Services (FIRST) team provides the following products & services to the client enterprise: Internal Investigations, eDiscovery, Stolen Equipment Risk Assessments, IRSM Investigations, Data Recoveries, Divestitures, Monitoring:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements, identify and define business opportunities and lead the development and implementation of IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage small projects using CPDEP light rigor.
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively, hold regular status meetings with project team.
  • Act as a liaison between business partners, technical analysts, forensic investigators, detection analysts, and third-party vendors.
  • Deliver documentation to support internal forensics priorities and projects including capture, respond, and mitigate events.
  • Create and maintain standards, processes, protocols and compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Analyst experience with a focus on forensics, financial audit, investigative experience or insider risk teams, preferably within an Enterprise/corporate environment.
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT infrastructure and software application development.
  • Proven practice of PPM or CPDEP methodology and/or related PM skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to influence others without direct supervision. Comfortable facilitating meetings, negotiating with vendors and presenting to groups.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Experience - Experience with Infrastructure, Data Forensic and Data Leakage Prevention tools, networks, solution or enterprise architecture and data analysis a plus. Past or current experience in programming and data modeling is also a plus.

  • Bachelor degree (Computer Science, Information Security) or equivalent combination of education and related work experience preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in business analysis required

Sureview Subject Matter Expert

To support the Information Risk Management team. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance and operation of the tools as well as improvements and opportunities to benefit the information security function. The candidate will be the primary contact for issues related to both the tools, infrastructure, and endpoints.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be a subject matter resource for the complete Sureview platform.
  • Configure collection policies and rules based on monitoring requirements provided by analysts.
  • Monitor the endpoint monitoring systems including the application, data store, endpoints, and other applicable infrastructure for functionality, performance, and efficacy.
  • Re-mediate any technical issues with the endpoint monitoring system quickly and efficiently to ensure consistent operations.
  • Work with analysts to improve performance and effectiveness of the endpoint monitoring platform.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures for maintenance and operation of the user endpoint monitoring platform.
  • Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
